I can relate to many woman on many different levels I have been 260 plus pounds , so I can understand the long journey of health and wellness
my goal is to help people connect to there mind body connection . Learning to love and control your body through movement .I have had a long fitness journey trying many different forms of exercise and when barre came into my life I new this is what I wanted to do until my very last breath.
